Non-Terminating Decimals:( groups of decimal values repeating itself infinitely)

                Definition: each non-terminating decimal can also be represented by a fraction:

                                        the repetend is that portion of the decimal that repeats infinitely
 
                                        the period is the number of digits that repeats itself

                        A non-terminating decimal has a fractional equivalent:
